A candle whose low is lower than the candles either side of it — a local trough where a decline stalled.
Swing lows are where invalidation levels usually sit. Leaning long from a zone, the swing low beneath it is the level that says the read was wrong.
As with swing highs, consistency of definition matters more than which definition you choose.
